Classic Box
The Classic Box will arrive with 16-18 stems of fresh flowers and textures of a unique color palette and flower selection for an exciting reveal every month.
We send the stems wrapped in groups to make flower designing simple and include flower care steps, arranging tips, and floral inspo. Every first box will come supplied with an essentials Floral Toolkit that includes floral shears, a stem stripping tool, and guide in a natural canvas bag.
Every stem is unique so sometimes colors vary or we'll need to use a substitution to give you the best floral experience.
Your florals will arrive in buds, but will burst to life over 48 hours. All stems are sent via FedEx Priority Overnight and wrapped in a water source to keep them happy through transport.
You'll be charged for your first month's box upon sign up, then on the 1st of the month from there on for ongoing subscriptions. Upon sign up, you will get an email confirming your order and a link to sign up for your customer portal. The portal allows you to log in, see your upcoming delivery schedule, choose to skip, pause, upgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. You will be notified via email before your recurring subscription each month.
Apart from your very first month, where you pay upon sign up and receive your first box the next month, you will be billed on the 1st of each month and receive the box in the second or third week of that month. In your customer portal, you are able to view upcoming billing cycles as well as the subscription delivery schedule to ensure you are available to receive your flowers when they arrive at your door. If you know you will be unavailable to receive your flowers due to a planned trip or event, you have the option to skip an upcoming month's box before you are billed for it.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best floral experience, however you are responsible for receiving your flowers promptly upon delivery and properly caring for them.
Please be sure to open your flowers immediately upon arrival and hydrate them. From July is not responsible for shortened vase life due to flowers being left outside in the box for too long or for poor care once the flowers have been delivered to your location by FedEx. We do include lot’s of info and tips on how to care for your flowers to make the process a breeze for you.
We will be sending out info reminding you that your flowers have shipped and that they have been delivered. If you are not receiving emails from us, it is your responsibility to check your spam folder and reach out to us if you have any issues. You can also set up tracking with FedEx to get the most up to date info on your package. Flowers are delicate and perishable, so just make sure to keep an eye out for that delivery (it will be so worth it!!)
Our team will be packaging your flowers with love and care to make sure they ship to you safely. Flowers are delicate and can be a tad unpredictable, so we will always include a couple extra blooms in case one or two arrives in less than perfect condition. If you do receive blooms that were significantly broken/damaged during the shipping process, please contact us with 2 days of your delivery with photos of the flowers, and we will be happy to assist you in sending out a replacement box.
If you need to make any changes to your subscription (things such as skipping a delivery, upgrading your box, changing delivery address, or canceling subscription) we need to be notified through your customer portal before the first of the month, before you are charged for that month’s box.
We ship nationwide, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
From July LLC is not responsible for any injuries that may be associated with receiving, processing, or caring for your flowers. We supply you with tools, flowers, and instructions on proper care - but we are not responsible for any cuts, scrapes, injuries, ect that may occur.

Things you should know

When you make a purchase you will be charged for your first month right away and receive your first flower box the following month. After that, you will be charged on the first of each month for that month's box.

If you need to cancel your subscription for any reason, just log into your customer portal to do so.

When you first signup, you will receive a welcome email with your portal information. Otherwise you can select the User icon in the menu header or My Account in the footer menu. Your username will be the email address you first signed up with.

In your customer portal, you will have access to future shipment dates. You can look ahead and skip your shipment for that month if you know you will not be available. You have before the first of each month to skip your shipment or change any subscription details, such as upgrading your box, changing delivery address, ect. If you decide to skip a month’s shipment, you will not be billed that month, and your subscription will continue the following month.

Whenever you sign up, you will receive your very first box the following month. Also, once you create your customer portal you will access the shipment calendar, so that you know exactly when to expect your flowers.

Yes! We totally get wanting to get a feel for it before committing. If you’d like to just try it out or even gift a subscription to someone else to try out, we’ve got you. We have 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months subscription options as well.
